PUBLIC EVENTS: 
   
A public event is defined as an event that has an open audience and/or with the potential of 100 or more persons attending such as libraries, parks and recreation, school assemblies, fund raisers and city events.
  
 
Pricing includes:
  •  1 hour setup time for theater/sound testing ( prior to event start time)
  •  
    30 minute puppet show
  • 24 minute post show Q&A/Demonstration /Meet and Greet Photo Opportunity
  •  
    30 minute take down.

 Pricing:

  • *Regular performance----------------------------------$250.00                       
  • *Seasonal (Holiday) performances ------------------$300.00

 

If you book more than one show at once, the first show is full price the next 3 are 10% off and the next 3 after that 15% off 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

   

 

ALL BOOKINGS ARE ON A FIRST PAID FIRST SERVE BASIS WITH A 75% DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS TO RESERVE AVAILABLE DATES

 

We do travel out of the city of San Antonio throughtout the state of Texas and the U.S. . Our travel fee is applied to distances geater than 30 miles. To account for travel, equipment transportation and lodging, these types of events are taken on a case by case basis and are negotiable.

 

REQUIRMENTS:

 

  1.  A platform or stage that will acommodate the viewing comfort of your expected audience. For conference platforms, a stage set up 20' width x 15' depth x 24" height would suffice. 
  2.  Electrical sources either on the stage or immediate to it.
  3.  If  the performing venue has its own catered or preset sound setup it would probably be  better acousticly to  patch our sound source into your speaker system after consulting your sound tech, but we do have our own if needed.
  4.  No close competing or loud distractions. 
  5. Blacklight performances require either a windowless room or blacked out windows.
  6.  All venues must meet all fire and safety codes.
